How do refunds work?

Bella Casa Vita Bella issues refunds to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:

  • Is canceled by Bella Casa Vita Bella
  • One or more of your items sold out since your order was processed
  • Item(s) is proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect

Bella Casa Vita Bella will take 2-5 business days to clear your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 10 business days to post to your account.

If you used an E-Gift Card to purchase your item(s), your funds will be issued back to your E-Gift Card immediately.

Do E-Gift Cards expire?

No, Bella Casa Vita BellaE-Gift Cards never expire and can be treated just like cash on our online store!

I received a partial refund after placing my order. What is this for?

One or more of your items may have sold out since your order was processed.

What if I used a Gift Card to pay for all or part of my order and there were out of stock item(s)?

The amount refunded will go back to the E-Gift Card that was used, any remaining balance will be returned to your other form of payment.

 

What is your return policy and process?

Quickly and easily return your item(s) through our Returns Portal.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Bella Casa Vita Bella E-Gift Card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

 

Prepaid Return Labels

We do not provide prepaid return labels and you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.

All items ending in $.97, and .98, Final Clearance, Tagged and Special Priced are considered final sale, non-returnable and cannot be returned for store cred

Can I exchange items?

We do not offer exchanges but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy by using our online returns portal and repurchasing any available item(s) on our site.

Final Sale Items

All items ending in $.97, and .98, Final Clearance, Tagged and Special Priced are considered final sale, non-returnable and cannot be returned for store credit.

 

Additional information on our Online Return Policy?

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from Online Return Portal that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return drop-offs areaccepted at our Brampton, Ontario corporate office.

Store Returns Policy

We do not provide cash refunds. We will accept exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. We will accept returns for store credit only within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. The following items are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be exchanged in-store:

  • Clearance Items
  • Tagged Items
  • Sale Items

Online Returns In Store

Upon returning the item, you will receive credit in the form of a gift card that can be used online or in a store. All items returned must be in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags still attached. All items must be unused, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.

If you received items ordered online that were received damaged, defective, or incorrect, you will need to contact customer service in order to receive a full refund to your original payment method.

 

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "staging;"
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving used, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Non- Bella Casa Vita Bella items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.

 

What is our shipping policy?

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS and Canada Post. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Bella Casa Vita Bella to import the goods on his/her behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees Bella Casa Vita Bella may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

Processing time

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 4 business days, Expedited orders can still take up to 3 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 1 business day to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

Track Your Order

Please note that orders to US destinations may take 1-12 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

For Canadian orders we will use Canada Post or Loomis as a carrier. For U.S. Domestic & International orders, we will use USPS or UPS to ship to most locations. Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements.

Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from bellacasavitabella.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.

Delivery claims

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

Bella Casa Vita Bella does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Out of stock items

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our loyal customers, Bella Casa Vita Bella reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

What are your shipping options, price, and times?

 Estimated number of days you will receive your order after placing it on the website. This time includes processing and in-transit time for your order.

What Shipping Options does Bella Casa Vita Bella offer?

Domestic: We offer Standard Shipping, Expedited Shipping, and Rush Shipping.

International: We offer shipping to the United States, UK, and most other countries.

Bella Casa Vita Bella is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes or any other charges.

 

Do you have a pick up option? 

Please Note You will be able to pickup your order directly at our Brampton Warehouse Location

Upon Checkout just click on Pickup Order and we will email you with the email address provided to once your order is ready. Please bring one piece of government Identification that has a picture in order to verify your order.
